I'm so glad tomorrow is Friday! It's been a busy week but it actually went relatively well. For one, I did not even lock my drawer last week so I had no trouble slipping the new lock on. All the worrying for nothing. Another good thing about this week is that, according to my professor, I did really well on my chemistry test. After I took it Monday, I was afraid it hadn't gone so well but I guess it went better then I thought. Thankfully I was able to get both my modern art history paper and service learning paper turned in early. I love when I get thing completed before time.Unfortunately not everything went well this week. My kitty Lucky is sick again and we're taking him to the vet. The poor guy gets sick every so often but every time we take him somewhere they keep saying nothing is wrong. It's so flustrating to us and I'm sure Lucky would like some relief. Hopefully they will be able to figure out what is wrong.
Another unfortunate happened in Psychology class today. Our professor has always been very easy on us but I guess she finally had enough of everyone taking advantage and I can't say I blame her. She has made only online quizes and test and people still fail and "forget" to take them or their computer "crashes." Plus we have people who stay till she takes attendance and leave. Because of all this she has made the last test an in-class finaly. I was shocked at the way people acted. One girl even asked, "well what do you think the outcome will be of this?" Why in the world would you ask a question like that? The outcome will be however hard you study for it. It's not as if these last few chapters are hard. It consists of Personality, Personality disorders, and a health chapter. Come on people, grow up. I have heard horror story from people in other pysch classes. I have a friend who is taking the same class but with a different proff and they have done four formal research papers, had pop quizes and all scheduled quizzes and test were in class with no notes and no books. When I took Personality Pysch over the summer session we had four test and each test was comprehensive and we didn't have open books or open notes. I can't believe how spoiled and lazy some people are.
My last unfortunate event was that my nursing group was unable to give our presentation. The three groups ahead of us took up most of the time and we were pushed back to next week. While it was nice not too have to get up in front of the class and talk about veneral disease right before lunch, I would have preferred to get it out of the way but oh well.
So tired but need to get back to studying soon. Anatomy Lab has a quiz over resperatory and digestive that I need to hit on before moving on to other subjects. I can't wait for this term to be over.
